Our single experience is ongoing, but the facts of engagement with the attorney have been shockingly negative, involving outright dishonesty, and to the extent that a formal ethics Complaint directed to the State Bar is being seriously considered.
Recommend to anyone to never use this firm, and to look very carefully at what is billed.
My experience is entirely negative, but in fairness is limited to a single junior attorney who exercised extremely poor judgement by being overly aggressive much too early in the negotiation process. The worst part is that the overly aggressive tactic ended up causing problems that did not need to exist (in my estimated judgement) and she was being aggressive about a relatively small amount of money, and the aggression ended up causing many more headaches.
