We have used Burns and Sons since they installed our system 8 years ago. The thing we like most is that they are willing to help trouble shoot and teach us how to fix thing ON OUR OWN. They know that it is better to teach the home owner to fix the little things without a service call or expense. However, when we have had an issue or annual maintenance - they are super responsive and reasonable with their pricing. I would highly recommend.
