We had a front yard irrigation system installed by Burns and Sons 3 yrs ago and it has worked well. Wanting to start up the system now in May, we had some problems and so called Joe to come out to 'tune up' the spigots and ensure everything made it thru winter. Joe was so very helpful, checked every single piece of our system to clean and recalibrate water spray paths, and explained the best way to program our system to operate as needed. We have used Burns and Sons since they installed our system 8 years ago. The thing we like most is that they are willing to help trouble shoot and teach us how to fix thing ON OUR OWN. They know that it is better to teach the home owner to fix the little things without a service call or expense. However, when we have had an issue or annual maintenance - they are super responsive and reasonable with their pricing. I would highly recommend.
