We submitted an offer to purchase a home being handled by James Ross. It was hard to contact, James Ross, to the point that most of the negotiation happens directly with the selling party. Once numbers had been agreed-upon, Mr. Ross would change the numbers and agreed-upon plans. We tried to work directly with Mr. Ross, but he would not answer our electronic communication. Would never buy a house with these people. Dysfunctional, unprofessional and lack of communication.
