If I could leave negative stars I would. First we moved in and there was a mouse problem, Jenny told me everyone gets mice in the winter and to deal with it. I finally got her to send an exterminator out and she canceled the 6 month follow up so we had an awful smell in the house because we had dead mice creating poisonous toxics for us to breathe in. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY MADE EACH APPLICANT PAY A $40 FEE TO APPLY TO LIVE THERE. SO FOR ONE FAMILY THEY CHARGED $160 AND THEN TURNED US DOWN BECAUSE OUR CREDIT SCORES WERE NOT HIGH ENOUGH. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU EITHER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING UNLESS YOU MEET THEIR SCORE BECAUSE YOU WILL JUST LOSE MONEY. WE EVEN HAD A CO-SIGNER TO BACK US UP AND THAT WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH.
Contacted them regarding a rental property, and they said I couldn’t see the inside but I could “drive by the property.” I wrote back to let me know when they could show it in person, and I got a reply that “ This property is no longer available.” Seems very suspicious - who would rent a property without being able to see the inside of the house? Would they expect you to put down a deposit without stepping inside? How do we know it’s not someone overseas running a scam? Will definitely not be renting through this agency.
