RecommendedMr. Montgomery came this morning to start our termite treatment. He did a fantastic job. Very polite and professional. My husband and I are older and Burns has allowed us to break the treatment into 2 parts. They are definitely reasonable and I would highly recommend Burns.
Great service by Anthony Chico. He comes in to one of our business locations. Anthony is very friendly to staff and does an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him.

All is fine and wonderful until you want to cancel and the all off a sudden your service goes up to $80 a month from $59 and they want you to pay for services you never received
My only experience with this vendor can only be described as HORRIBLY INCOMPETENT!!!! First off, I did not get a suitable advanced notice time window for my apartment getting sprayed (a week in advance would have been nice instead of Sunday night right before having to go back to work). My boyfriend and I had to hustle to get everything prepped, and borderline last minute had to find someone to watch our pet. On top of that they sprayed, left around noon and LEFT MY DOOR UNLOCKED!
