very professional - treated necessary areas (when in the house, very respectful - even wearing cloth booties to protect the floor) - and communicated before and after treatment. And took care of an outside problem - paper wasps and mud dauber wasps - removing the nests that had been started, and took steps to prevent returning wasps.
