Burns & McBride was able to accommodate my wife and I in a timely and professional manner. We called on a Saturday evening and they were able to send out a technician to give us an evaluation the next day. Jake was very professional and explained everything very clearly and the sales rep Adam was able to give us quotes on different price options.

I contacted Burns & McBride as I experienced issues with my air conditioner on 7/16/25. I immediately called and the representative who answered Marissa was very helpful and professional. She immediately scheduled a technician to come out to my home. Technician called and gave me a time frame of his arrival to my home. The repair person was Dave who stayed professional and courteous through the entire service call. He was knowledgeable and friendly while outlining the issues with the unit. Wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if needed.
