We were very happy with our Burns & McBride technician, Munger. He was wonderful! Excellent work. Very professional and extremely friendly.
Aggressive salesman named Adam K. called every morning for three days straight hounding me for a "quick decision". when i told him i was getting multiple quotes was warned by him to not do that. overall unprofessional. then hung up on me when i told him i had to go with someone else. disgusting behavior. id give negative stars if possible.
Only interested in selling me a brand new Air Conditioning/Furnace unit when mine is only 8 years old.
