I have been a customer for a long time. They are always on time, responsive, and fairly priced. Great to deal with a local business like Burns & McBride. The AC and Heater maintenance program are great comfort in knowing that your are covered with a preventive maintenance plan.

Technician seemed very knowledgeable & friendly, explaining everything to me. I was concerned about why he called at 8:30 am when my appointment wasn't until 2 pm. Also I thought my service was for heater & A/C when he said it was just for heater.

CHRIS kelch came to our house tonight, all i can say is what a nice person! He fixed our heat in about 30 minutes! Thank you Chris with all that we"ve gone through this week you were the light in the dark tunnel

Timely and Professional. The answering team is courteous and pleasant to talk to. The service tech Chris Kelch was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He thoroughly checked out the entire system and diagnosed the issue accurately. He was very patient with my questions. I would not hesitate to call them again should I need service. Thank you.
