Great company, thorough explanation of any issues, but please don’t make the same mistake I did and not ask for an estimate. The tech identified the issue that it was a leak because there was a clog in the drainage tube He unfastened four screws and blew down some PVC pipe to clear it. $337.53 (included $69 for the appointment)… he made it sound like it was no big deal. 10 minutes tops….this one is on me
