I signed up with B&M and after a little over a month I bleeping hate their service. I called to get a price on oil delivery, I talked to the salesperson and said I was paying 3.89/gal with Superior Plus; the salesperson quoted an average price around 3.49/gal depending on the market.and he said they're usually cheaper than the competition. Well, first oil fill, 3.49/gal, as stated. They just delivered for this month, and my bill was 3.89+ .10/gal charge because I don't have a credit card or linked account to pay on delivery.... read more

Charged me $33/month for maintenance on my my heater. When it was time for the yearly service, they told me they no longer provided the service, even though they charged me the month before. They will deliver oil any time they choose and charge your credit card when it best suits them. When oil prices were high, they filled my tank in the middle of summer when it was half full. When prices were low in the winter, they let the tank almost run dry. It may have been a coincidence, but it happened constantly over two years.
