We have been chasing a leak for years coming from our chimmney and flashing. Extensive chimmney work and the entire roof replaced, and still a leak. The brick and mortar behind the flashing was deteriorated and the flashing job from the roofers was questionable as we continued to experience water intrusion at that area, even after multiple return trips from the roofers trying to correct the issue.
