Our family regularly uses Burns for all our jewelry needs! They are helpful, polite and we ALWAYS find something of outstanding quality in our price range! Look forward to seeing them again soon!
I've been to Burns Jewelers a few times in the past few years. Last year I had to return four {4} times because my Victorinox Officer's watch needed a battery; the new battery only lasted a few days; then a new battery was installed; then a new watch movement; then another new battery; another new movement & new battery {on warranty}... Terrible customer service. Micheline St Germain not only has no idea how to close a sale, but when trying to work with her it’s her way or the highway. And if you don’t want to do things exactly her way even after offering over half a dozen options and coming to an agreement to later bail on the agreement, I obviously took my business elsewhere and got called a scammer.
