Terrible customer service. Micheline St Germain not only has no idea how to close a sale, but when trying to work with her it’s her way or the highway. And if you don’t want to do things exactly her way even after offering over half a dozen options and coming to an agreement to later bail on the agreement, I obviously took my business elsewhere and got called a scammer. Customer service was underwhelming and they did not understand my bracelet band replacement request, which left me with little trust in their custom abilities. They then proceeded to sell me a longer chain than was required for the job, costing me extra and leaving me with an extra 2+ inches of useless gold chain after the work was complete. The resulting bracelet is not the best quality (the gold soldering is a bit messy).
