I visited Burns Jewellers to fix an issue with my child’s allergy bracelet, and Harold provided outstanding service. He greeted us right away and offered immediate help. He was able to repair the bracelet on the spot so my child could wear it again. Truly excellent customer care.
I was in town for a wedding and the watch I was wearing was too big and needed a link removed. Drove to the shop and was greeted by a young lady. Asked her if it was possible to have a link removed while I waited she said yes and 2 minutes later returned with the watch. I asked what the cost was to my surprise she said there was none. Happy to see customer service is alive and well at this shop. Thank-you

I can’t recommend Burnns Jewellers enough! The day before my son’s wedding, I realized my pearl necklace needed extra links added. I rushed it into Burns just before closing, and although they said they likely wouldn’t have time to get to it that evening, they went above and beyond. The next morning, I found out they had personally driven my necklace to their Perth location, where the links were added, and it was ready for pickup in time for the wedding! I had an excellent experience with Burns jewellers. I recently had my two wedding bands and engagement ring cleaned and polished at the Carleton Place location. The staff was very helpful and they had my rings serviced within a week. When I picked them up yesterday, I couldn’t get over the beautiful work that was completed. They brought my rings back to life. They sparkle just like they did on the first day I got them. I highly recommend the repair work at Burns jewellers.
