They called me on the phone to make an appointment. We agreed to 4pm the next day( said it out loud to my spouse). As I'm on my way, I received an email saying I'd missed my appointment at 3pm and I will be charged a fee! I went in and the first lady was ok. The second lady was so rude! I will not be requiring this service by this establishment anymore! Take your FEE and shove it where the sun don't shine!
