I pay on time every payday because I set up auto pay and because they updated their billing system and not my information they are charging me a late fee and I have refused to pay it and asked for it to be removed and this fee continues to increase I have not received a call back to discuss removal of the fee from a manager because I was told they are the only ones that can remove it. Our vehicle was in the service department at Burns for 6 weeks. We got a transmission, brakes, and a drive shaft. Cost us $8,300. Would not give us a loaner, and did not keep us updated on our vehicle. It was our first, and last time, with Burns.

Burns ************ quoted 3.2 hours labor for window motor replacement. I dropped car off and stayed the entire duration of repair which was only 1 hr 45 min (**** hrs). The repair charges were still 3.2 hrs labor and $432.00 even when it was only half of that. I complained but the shop manager would not do anything to make it right. **** is inflating their labor hours for service quotes.

I was in a MVA, sorry the other drivers fault. His insurance ** tasted Burns for the 12 day pay off on my car. They issued a check and Burns still took my payment from my account AFTER the car was paid off. When I contacted the office, I was advised they would not issue me a refund of $229.02. I am now having to go through my bank to dispute the payment as the car has been paid off for over a week. They gave me a ton of excuses but not my money back. Poor service department. It took 2 weeks to run a diagnostic test after I was promised it would be done in 2 days. Now it will take 4 weeks to repair the transmission. When I told Burns Ford York I intend to tow it to another local repair shop that will replace the transmission in 10 days for $1500 less, I was at that time informed that my diagnostic test would cost $135.00 - never was informed prior to this that the testing would also cost.

Burns has been nothing BUT a headache. We have purchased two vehicles from them and been having issues ever since, it’s been less than a year.. it has been so aggravating dealing with the sales team and the body shop. We’ve been told several different things about the car and the issues from both sides. One car as a leaky roof.... the sealant was old and falling apart. We had so much fun today at the dog park. I think we like to go there just like our dogs. We live close to the lake and sometimes we take them down there. They enjoy walking and getting in the water. I was thinking about getting another car. I can't afford a new one and have to get a used one. Along the way to the used car lot we saw a lot of people looking up in the sky. Huge and I mean HUGE thank you 🙏 for saving my daughter and her three babies while she was stranded on the side of US 20 outside of Burns last night ♥️😰😭 The gripping fear of knowing she was alone, scared and I am a thousand miles away from her was something that I never ever want to experience again.
