Poor service department. It took 2 weeks to run a diagnostic test after I was promised it would be done in 2 days. Now it will take 4 weeks to repair the transmission. When I told Burns Ford York I intend to tow it to another local repair shop that will replace the transmission in 10 days for $1500 less, I was at that time informed that my diagnostic test would cost $135.00 - never was informed prior to this that the testing would also cost.
