Great first visit. Ivy was wonderful Briana was great. I hope it continues this way. This is the third dentist office in less than 7 years. I have not had much luck, but I feel this one is the one. Receptionist was very welcoming. Next week I see the dentist hopefully that is good since it scares me another new dentist.
Please read entire post. Dr Burns and staff are absolutely amazing and I was duped by the other location. Dr burns location in sun city is still open. He sold the Litchfield park location. They were not allowed to tell patients. Dr burns is taking care of me and I will NEVER go anywhere else for dental work !!! … I had implants put in and now I’m having issues because there is cement down by the bone … they won’t fix it so now I have to go to a periodontist to get it fixed. Christine was absolutely amazing! She made sure I understood everything about my dental hygiene and she was very gentle with my cleaning. Reyna was very nice and made me feel comfortable as she took my X-rays. And Lydia was very helpful in booking my next appointment! All three were incredibly kind!
