After one complete bathroom renovation with tub to shower conversion which allowed me to get easily in and out of shower. There was nothing too big or small to deal with. The staff was always polite, always on time and constantly cleaning up after themselves and left everything spotless at end of the day. We were so pleased we had them do two more bathrooms and they exceeded our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.
My experience with Burnsbath Renovations, especially with James, was unacceptable. He interrogated me for wanting to explore other options, scolded me when I asserted my right to say “thank you but no thank you,” and even blamed me for not being home—though his representative arrived more than 30 minutes late. We are thrilled with the excellent bathroom renovation done by Burns Bath! They provided outstanding service, quality work, fair pricing, and a personable and helpful team. Our bathroom looks wonderful! Communication around the reno was quick and clear. They also installed flooring in our hall and bedroom and painted. Again, high-quality workmanship and fair pricing. We had Burns Bath team come and remove our old tub after a nightmare repair from another company. From talking to sales about switching from tub to walk in shower to install was amazing. Sales team was transparent and upfront about work and timelines. Install crew was GREAT Manny and Kale both were fantastic. They kept the area clean and are both very polite and well spoken.
