My husband and I loved the fabulous customer service. John is a wonderful salesman, no pressure and no hype. We were amazed at the selection. We purchased a 2013 Ford Expedition LE, beautiful SUV. Thank you to John , Jerry and the young man, sorry I don't remember your name, you all are so courteous and friendly.
Not impressed. Dealer prep fee of $599 is a rip-off. Just got a jeep from them. Not 20 miles from dealership and at 70 mph realized the front end had the " DEATH WOBBLE".... HAVENT HAD THIS THING FOR A WEEK AND JUST TO MAKE IT SAFE TO DRIVE HAS COST US ANOTHER $ 1400.........IF YOU GET A VEHICLE FROM HIM AND ITS OKAY.......YOU JUST AINT FOUND THE PROBLEM....
