Happy to live here! I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is super convenient. Overall, a great place to call home!
Unorganized and mischievous They told us the apartment was but our move in day a month and some days out. Turns out they were trying not to let us move in due to them trying to raise the rent on the apartments . This is after the room had been Available plus it’s after a long annoying process to get approved now they want us to go back through that same process that took us to have to keep calling them to do their jobs it’s very unprofessional and sad and for the amount now better on not wasting your time

Horrible!! Do not move here. They will not fix issues in apartments. Electrical problems and water damage and fluding and black mold.
Horrible roach problem and I've literally gone almost 7 weeks without ac The roach problem has been an issue since I moved in. They come from everywhere. It won't matter how much u bomb or spray. My AC has been broke since the first week of Aug, it's now sep 21st and it's still not fixed. U can take a chance and move here, like I did. Dnt be mad when this review is ur life next
So glad I'm home here I was very blessed to get an apartment here. I'm 63 and disabled. I live alone. I feel very safe because the apartments are all inside the building. Pam and Connie in the office have gone way over what is expected to help me. Once you get in the apartment you forget you are in a large building. The people I have met have all been friendly. If you are blessed enough to find an opening here grab it! I understand that doesn't happen often and I can see why.
Skyrocketting crime In the past 3 years, they crime rate has shot through the roof. There have been many shootings in and around the complex, multiple people robbed and property vandalized. And it continually gets worse each summer.
Saddlerun apts Ive had nothing but good experiences here , maintenance is timely they do a good job. The manager (katrina) very professional an go out the way to answer questions, shes willing to help you with what you need. I love my apt here.
6359 deer ave The police is always there . There is trash all over the place un healthy. Make sure to take pictures when you move out because they want to charge you for everything new or for things that were damaged before. Be careful also with the manager that’s there she tells you one thing and then says another. Look for something somewhere else that’s worth it.
