This place is usually really good, but today was pretty mediocre. Service was slow with long wait times for refills, and I spent $15 on jukebox tokens just for the music to get turned all the way down. The food was okay, but overall the experience definitely wasn’t up to the usual standard. What also didn’t sit right with me was seeing the bartender take four shots while I was there. Just not the kind of atmosphere or professionalism I expected.
I go to this place for lunch any time I am working in Pickens. The food is great and very reasonably priced and the service has always been excellent. Great spot.
Wanted to like it bc it’s one of our only local non chain spots…food is meh and portions are very small. The prices don’t look high until you see the food. Service was non existent. Went 15+ mins without our drinks refilled (eventually took our own drinks to the bar) after waiting nearly 20 mins for the food. Appetizer came with meal but my truly pathetic inedible salad came out a few mins before. This was our first and last visit. I wouldn’t go back for food even if it was actually free.
We always enjoy the Brick. Good food at very reasonable prices and great service from everyone.
Great food. Good music, carioke really good. Would recommend.
