The staff are rude and it makes me want to avoid going there. I try to get my flowers from the gift shop (Maggies), when they have some bunches, or sadly resort to going to the supermarket
Second time trying to buy flowers in Burnie No decent stock, basic arrangements that would bring a smile only to a granny. Overpriced & unfriendly staff. Waste of time & money.
Flowers are too pricey for the quality. I also paid upfront extra for a Sunday delivery (which was possible online) but got an email saying we don’t deliver on Sundays. My request for a refund of the extra paid money was then completely ignored. Would not order again.
Amazingly customer service and a very happy family who received a beautiful arrangement of flowers, brightening their day. Thank you!
