We are a family owned business that specializes in making you feel like you are "at home." All of our rooms are located downtown on the courthouse square close to shopping, restaurants, wineries, craft beer, several parks and many other activities. We are also close to a beautiful golf course and have a very small town relaxing environment. Wi-fi is free and each room is equipped with all the comforts of home. On July 4th my husband and I traveled to San Saba to see his uncle who is on hospice care and when we arrived the town was experiencing flash flooding,all over the hill country. We had to excavate the uncle from his home and I called to rent him a room where we were staying at the I spoke with Rhonda who manages both hotels Dofflemyer and Burnham’s in town. Amazing experience! This place saved our vacation. We got to town only for our rental to fall through. Panicked we started calling hotels. Maddie picked up right away and said “come over we will find you a place to stay.” Within 20 minutes we were in our room. Maddie was super helpful and easy to get a hold of, not to mention she was super sweet. We will definitely be back.
