We absolutely loved touring with Brittany. She answered all of our questions and was very quick to follow up with floorplans and videos. We’ve gone back to her a few times and she’s been extremely responsive over the weeks! Definitely a great sign for an awesome building!
I've lived in Burnham Pointe for a year now and of the 4 apartments I've lived at in my years in Chicago it is hands down the best building for my specific needs. My main priorities for where I've lived have been noise and air controls. These units are superbly insulated from noise and have a 4 pipe system so you have full control over your air.
