Spoke to Karolina, the current condo association manager before attempting to buy a condo here. The previous buyer's deal fell through because there was an inspection done over 5 years ago that lists all sorts of critical building repairs recommended, and the previous buyer could not get financing through a major bank. the guys who work at the door are super friendly! great place.
I hope you enjoy 15 minute+ wait times for elevators. As there are only 3 total elevators and one of them has been down over a month (again). There are frequent move-ins and maintenance and they then shut down the 2nd. Meaning there is ONLY ONE WORKING ELEVATOR for 20 floors. There is persistant management turnover and it's difficult to contact anyone. The mailroom is a bit of a disaster as there is just too much mail for the system they have, so one has to dig through piles of boxes and packages to find you mail. The 2nd st... read more
Down to earth people- -all ages babies to older like me. Friendly, professionals in lobby - 24 hours. The bldg.s history is remarkable. My unit on 15th floor has a stupendous view.
