Dr. Burnham was very thorough and knowledgeable. She explained what and why the tasks she performed during my exam. She was extremely helpful in taking care of items I needed done to begin treatment. I would've given her 5 stars if not for the horrible treatment I have received from the staff in her front office. She is awful and extremely rude. I was told I should find another doctor. Very rude staff. I booked online and was called back the next day by front desk, the woman was extremely rude and irritated that I booked at that time. Then when I explained to her that it was available online she told me to cancel the appointment and schedule with another doctor. Okay!
She listens and very personable. I feel my neurological care is in good hands here.
