Made an appt almost two weeks ago for a 7-8am appt, took off 1/2 day of work, and when I called at 8am to see where the person was to give me a quote I was given the lame overly used excuse of, "I'm sorry the person that was coming out is at the doctor, are you available tomorrow?" NO!! How about if you as the boss gets someone else or yourself out here to take care of a customer? If you want to throw business out the window this is absolutely the best way to do it.
