I purchased a 3000 dollar sectional from them while my house was being Renovated. It was put on layaway to hold it . When it was delivered it did not Fit my room . They charged me 450 dollar restocking fee for this sectional even though i was returning it to buy another one . I had several items of furniture on order too. I have used this store exclusively For over 30 years. Poor management. I will never darken the door ever again. Many other stores happy To take my money with a smile and good customer service.
Wow..was asked to leave because I didn’t have a mask but 1/2 of the employees did not have a mask on!🤔

Burney's has a great selection and very friendly service. They also have great pricing and offer many different financing options if needed. Hands down the best furniture store in Northeast Louisiana
We had been customers of Burney’s Furniture for over 20 years before we had a terrible experience. We were shopping for a leather sectional, went to Burney’s as we always did, first off got an inexperienced salesperson,found the right sectional by Southern Motion, I specifically asked if this was true leather to which she responded,”Yes, the front is all high grade leather but they put bonded leather on the back to cut cost.”Well she was so wrong! We had a very good shopping experience at Burney's. Staff was helpful, but not pushy. Shopped one day, bought the next as they price matched, and had delivery the next morning.
