Scheduling team is terrible. When in active diverticulitis attack and can’t get an appt for a month out - something is terribly wrong.
I took my daughter for an appointment with doctor Burney after she had been diagnosed at CHOA with cyclical vomiting syndrome. The medicine prescribed by CHOA doctors hasn’t made a difference and we were seeking a second opinion. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming, Dr. Burney’s nurse was pleasant and worked to make my daughter feel comfortable, Dr. Burney listened and was very thorough, and the check out staff was extremely nice as well. I've been a patient of Dr. Burney for years. He is awesome and so is his staff.
He's the very best; skilled, friendly, understanding etc... I could go on but he is so good his new patient appointment list is 4 to 6 weeks +.
