Update: I went back and the staff was super professional, I'm hoping for the good results and communication this time around. Went in for a wax fitting.... The fitting was not there, they had me drive 1.5 hours to tell me that. Super incompetent.
Everything I needed was definitely taken care of very professionally and the walk-ins Fridays were a perfect beginning to my getting back to great dental health through now regular visits which were all set before I left my first visit.
Went today and had a great experience. The dentist really helped and didn't try and rush and was very thoughtful and I appreciated how the whole staff worked. I will be going again.
