I had issues with my heat pump back in March so I called Burnette's after getting a referral that he was the best company to call. I am really glad I did. Mike was so easy to work with. He was at my home when he said he would be and did a quick repair for a very affordable price. I will definitely call him if I have any more issues in the future. I will recommend him anytime!!!!!

Burnette Heating and Cooling is providing outstanding service to the tri-cities area. Mike is a man of integrity and his knowledge and experience runs deep. My unit had been giving me problems for some time now and he found the issue in no time once the failure could be recreated. If your system has left you scratching your head and out in the cold, Burnette is the one to call!
Awesome company if you need work done on your HVAC system. They will give you the best price on repairs or a complete unit whichever you might need. Very knowledgeable people they do a great job. I will never call anyone else again.
