Where do i even start - these guys are a lifesaver. After getting ridiculous quotes from multiple people and being so frustrated to having to wait a year after Mr Burnette quoted me to get a heatpump because of unforseen circumstances these guys are easy to work with, flexible, communicative, everything you need when working with such a major job as replacing your heat pump. 10/10 recommend, thank you guys again!
Supposedly "fixed" my hvac unit which stopped working, LESS than a month later stupid me expecting them to stand behind their work gave them another call to come out again only to be told I would have to pay ANOTHER 110.00 for them just to drive to my house AND they only allow 7 days after the initial visit for "no charge" repairs. Needless to say i'll never do business with them again!! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because leaving no stars wasn't an option.
We have always had a great experience with Burnette Heating and Cooling! They helped us evaluate the airflow in our home when we purchased it 7 years ago, and they have repaired our older unit multiple times so it keeps kickin’. They’re always efficient, reasonably priced, and show up on time, even during the busiest, hottest days. Everyone we’ve worked with has been kind and knowledgeable.
These folks arrive, get it done and I’m up n running. Always polite and knowledgeable. Always fair in pricing. Great company!
I had issues with my heat pump back in March so I called Burnette's after getting a referral that he was the best company to call. I am really glad I did. Mike was so easy to work with. He was at my home when he said he would be and did a quick repair for a very affordable price. I will definitely call him if I have any more issues in the future. I will recommend him anytime!!!!!
