Efficient heater installation. Appreciate their service.
The maintenance took a little over an hour which was decent as the professional did go through the inside and exterior units rather properly. Minor refrigerant leak identified and diagnosed, full repair procedure including patch and recharge.
This engineer located a refrigerant leak in my ductless unit within an hour and fixed it the same day after another company spent 2 trips and couldn't detect the problem. He clearly had more expertise with this kind of approach and everything has gone well since he came over.
I was a little worried about how long it would take to install, but they had the AC unit installed in less than three hours with no inconvenience. However, it would have been nice if they had given more thorough instructions for the use of the new thermostat system.
Checked A/C thoroughly, everything's fine.
