Denise was exceptional. It was our first home purchase and Denise was so patient with us (we looked at over 20 houses) and helped us narrow down what we were looking for. She explained every step and taught us what to look for when it came to red flags on homes. She was a great communicator and made us feel at ease with the whole process. We would highly recommend Denise Coder to anyone, but especially first time home buyers!
