I bought a pool heater from Burnetts 9 months ago and this year had water coming out of the heater. Called Burnetts service department and left a message because no one ever answers the phone. It’s been 3 days now and no one has returned my call. So I went to the store that was no help at all. I finally called my pool guy and he told me what to look at and Raypak has been having problems with drain plugs breaking and that it would be covered under the warranty.
