3 stars because I have been trying to get my overpayment (what BMC owes me back) since the end of November 2025, with still no resolution. I have been given the run around and told it would come and it still hasn't. Now I cannot even reach anyone in the billing department. I understand people get busy and life happens, but I feel like waiting almost 3 months for a refund is a little much.At this point we will be pursuing other places for care as this has just become quite the annoyance. I underwent a procedure at BMC and was very impressed with the level of professionalism and organization. The nursing team was attentive, the doctor explained each step thoroughly, and the recovery staff ensured I was comfortable. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Family member came in with a broken foot. Wrapped it up , no xrays, no test, nothing.. "oh you're good to go home".. went to st. Croix and they had to have surgery to move the bone back into place. Overall NEVER go to grantsburg. Absolutely thee worst hospital I have ever been to and will never attend or visit again.

Very disappointed and a big head scratcher!! I went in for a blood test and I brought along about 14 used syringes that I needed to get rid of. The clinic use to have a huge container at the door when you walked in and people could throw their syringes or pens in it but, it's gone and now it's used for outdated prescriptions. So I asked at the front desk, then asked the lady who drew my blood, then I asked at the desk and all 3 said they dont take them anymore because they get charged to dispose ofthem!!
