I can’t find the perfect word’s to describe the amazing guide my husband and I received from Connie and Dave Burnett with the sale of our house and purchase of our new home sweet home! I have purchased four homes previously. I have to say that Dave and Connie were the best realtors I have ever used. They communicate proactively and are a wealth of information, as well as being flexible with meeting times. They went above and beyond to close the deal. Very satisfied!
My wife and I were looking for a nice townhome where one of our sons could live while going to school at Arizona State University. We live in California and really did not know much about the Tempe/Mesa housing market. Dave, Connie and Alyson worked very hard to show us many single family homes and townhouses that could work for an ASU student. I would highly recommend Connie and Dave as realtors. I have known them for over 20 years, as their daughter is one of my best friends. Because of this, I knew that I could count of Connie and Dave to be fair, help us search for what we needed (we had a very specific set of parameters that was not easy), and not let us purchase a home out of our budget.
