Amazing!!! I went in for new tires and an oil change. Not only did they communicate with me about my car but when I went and picked it up I was surprised when I got inside...they pretty much detailed the inside of my car!!! On our way to Colorado when truck broke down. Saturday at 3:15. Had to have it towed, while waiting on a tow truck called Burnett . They closed at 5 but said if we could get there before 5 and they could get parts they would stay late and get us going. Tow truck pulled in at 4:55 they had us back on the road by 6:45. Water pump. Price was cheaper than I could have had it fixed at home on a normal day. These guys saved our trip.
just spent an hour on the side of tuttle creek blvd...also...just spent 700 at burnett...went in there with the complaint the battery kept dying also my fuel gage was off. 700 dollars later i now have a car with a new fuel pump i doubt i ever NEEDED because its the sensor thats off and a new battery..but hey its okay because when i run out of gas...at least i dont have to jumpstart it.🤷♀️

RecommendedAfter driving in to KC from St. Louis, “check engine” light was on, tire pressure gauge, license plate light bulb was malfunction, neither hood nor back hatch would open. No fiat repair place nearby, I had the wife call Burnett’s, whom I used and trusted regularly when I lived in KC. They were able to open hood, do a diagnostic, clear the codes, and assure the wife she could drive home safely to St. Louis.
