Scott is a wonderfully charming, friendly and approachable guy. His designs are well considered and clearly is technically capable. He did struggle with providing product selections suitable for a young family. Administration and measurement errors meant that we were out of pocket with no offer to compensate for these errors. I'm happy with our overall selections and his work ethic.
