Most of the staff here are great with the exception of the intake person with black glasses and butterfly tattoos all over her arms who works reception at Community Outpatient Services. They need to find a new job if that they are THAT unpleasant to everyone around them. Maybe it was an off day but they made a hard situation with a sick kid even harder.
