I love going to BURN several times a week because of the variety of classes, wonderful instructors, and laid-back environment. Their spin classes are my favorite in ATL because they are upbeat but not deafly loud, and competitive but no pressure to "win." I always feel like I get an amazing workout with each spin instructor. They have everything you need - shoes, towel, locker, showers, etc. In addition I love yoga sculpt because there are very few studios in town that offer this class. Classes here are amazing, especially kickboxing. Great workout, great music and full class schedule.

Great workout studio! Good variety and has all of the supplies you need, including towels, spinning shoes, and water bottle filler. Love the 30/30 classes with half spinning and half sculpt/kickboxing

Burn Studios is like having 3 fitness studios for the price of one! I like to exercise 6-7 days a week and with the variety of classes that they offer, I can always this happen without wearing out my muscles and joints. The instructors at the Ponce location are incredibly encouraging and push you out of your comfort zone so you actually see results. Class times are on point too for before and/or after work. Highly recommend this studio!
