While my friend received excellent care while at the burn center, upon his departure, incompetence ruled the day. Signed paperwork was printed but the printer where it was printed was unknown, and reprinting it seemed beyond them. Wheelchair can't be scheduled until paperwork is filed. We have waited 4 hours now to leave. Incompetence and a detriment to the health of my friend who is getting more and more agitated w the wait.

The physical therapy department is responsible for the death of my brother! On June 14th my brother collapsed during his physical therapy! They should have had a monitor on him! He had a bad heart and was pushed too hard. I was there and seen it! He’d say he was tired and couldn’t do it, and they just kept pushing him. He should have never started out with 3 hours of therapy a day. He should have started out gradually because of his heart. This department doesn’t even deserve one star!!!
