As a mom of 4 I have had very little time to focus on myself. Burn Boot camp allows me to spend 45 minutes a day on myself without the worry or guilt of having to find someone to watch my kids. The trainers are so encouraging on the floor, and as a member I get one on one meetings with trainers to help with questions and advice for meeting personal goals. Burn boot camp has been one of my favorite things about my temporary move to COS. I was looking to join a group setting, trainer motivated workout community and that’s exactly what I found at Burn.. plus more! The workouts are always different, the trainers and peers push me to be my best, and I know I’ll always leave getting my butt kicked (in the best way)!! Been going for about a month and plan to keep coming. Everyone is so welcoming! The workouts are challenging for all levels of fitness and are varied and fun. I love the childcare too. My kids like the toys, activities, and the teachers.
I’ve been going here about 3 months now, and it’s been the best thing about my move to Colorado Springs! I’ve met wonderful people, been given amazing structure, and experienced some awesome workouts. I love that the schedule changes weekly, that the instructors are all amazing, and that the facility is huge, very clean, and always playing great music.
