Burn has such an inclusive atmosphere no matter what your work out journey looks like. The trainers give you 1:1 attention during the class with modifications when needed.
This is an awesome burn location! It’s not too rough on your body and still a killer workout! I try to get in three workouts a week at this gym and love the strong results. Also, the trainers know how to keep the gym fun and welcoming.
I used to hate working out and had some bad experiences with group fitness classes, so I was nervous to try Burn Boot Camp. From day one, I felt welcomed and part of a community. The trainers and members are incredibly supportive, and the positive energy makes you actually want to come to class. For the first time, I look forward to working out. Burn has completely changed my mindset about fitness!
I’ve been with Burn Boot Camp Sandy Springs for three weeks now, and absolutely love it! I came in feeling super nervous because I’m pretty out of shape, but the community is so welcoming and supportive that those nerves disappeared almost immediately. So far, I’ve taken the most classes with Terika. She’s amazing! She’s extremely motivating, but also can recognize when you need modifications. Im so glad I decided to join and can’t wait to see the progress!
