Great gym for a rounded, designed workouts, for any fitness level
Burn Boot Camp is the BEST. I have been weightlifting and working out for 25 years & I’ve been to all kinds of gyms with all kinds of exercise plans. This is a 45 minute full workout that will cover all your aerobic and anaerobic needs over the course of a week. The time includes a healthy warmup & professional exercise explanation. The trainers help teach & correct your form to prevent injuries and help improve. I love this gym!! As a former college athlete, I had a really hard time getting motivated to workout after I graduated. This place has given all of the motivation to get back to working out constantly. Everyone there genuinely wants to see you succeed and meet your goals. All of the trainers are super motivating and are there to answer any questions and to push you on the hardest days.
