I have been trying to cancel my membership here for two months, and NO ONE will help me. I am outside of my contract, and have not gotten any response to multiple emails and attempts in person, and even tried messaging on social media. I’m incredibly disappointed in my experience with this franchise owner.
Not to be dramatic but burn has changed my life. I look forward to going to camp every day and I know I have support if I need help, have questions or just need advice on anything. The coaches are phenomenal!
I am new to burn, but I am definitely committed. I joined on April 9th and I have done 15 camps as of today. All of the trainers are experts at meeting you where you are and pushing you to do more than you thought you could. The community of trainers and members is so inspiring and positive. I am very thankful to have walked in the door that first day.
