I started Burn Bootcamp Mechanicsville after seeing a couple friends share their experiences. I said I’ll go for the free days and we’ll see. After Day 1, I knew this is where I needed to be! I felt at home and welcomed by everyone! It truly is a community of support, no matter where you are on your fitness journey!
Very friendly staff! Trainers are knowledgeable for modifications that for your needs
I’ve attended about 11 camps now since joining and while I don’t always love it DURING I always feel so great afterward . It’s such a challenge and definitely isn’t an easy workout, but all the trainers are great and ensure you have modifications. I’m excited to see how I progress as I continue attending!
