This gym is amazing, very encouraging and motivating!! They adapt to your ability/skill level and work from there without singling you out. Love the personal training feel without the personal training prices!

My experience with Burn Boot Camp Lake Mary has been absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the front desk make you feel welcome and part of the family. The instructors are not only beautiful and extremely professional, but they truly care about every single person in the class. I love it here. At first I hesitated now I am glad that I made the first step to come. I am so committed to showing up. The trainers are awesome and patient with me. I am 62 years old. I was sore in the beginning now my body is getting used to the routine. I love coming and not knowing what I will be trained on. Once you take that first step to show up you will want to come again 💯
