Love burn boot camp! I just need to stay consistent the coaches are Awesome!
I LOVE it here!!! I was looking for more than a gym. I wanted a place where I felt seen, heard and encouraged. This place is IT!! The workouts are challenging and fun!! The vibe is always Incredible. The trainers are all so supportive and know every one by name! I have found more than a workout spot, I have found a home!!!!

The experience that I had at Lake Mary Burn Boot camp helped me to gain more discipline and motivation. I got introduced through a friend of mines and initially I was loving the energy and the different exercises that gave me the opportunity to test my strengths and weaknesses.
