I recently joined Burn Bootcamp in Herndon, and already, I’m seeing physical and mental results; and, I feel as though I’ve found “my people!” At first, it felt a little corny for someone to be high-fiving me as I’m just waking up and questioning my life choices walking into the gym early in the morning … then, after the first couple of days, it felt like genuine, sincere support, care, encouragement, and family.
