I absolutely LOVE burn, their team and the entire community they’ve built!! The workouts are always so fun, creative & you can mod up or down to take it easy or push yourself to the max!! The music is sooo much fun and the energy of the trainers, staff and members is positive & uplifting! They have classes almost every day of the week (except Sunday) and their app is super easy to use so you can see what upcoming classes they have & easily save your spot!! Burn Boot Camp New Hudson has truly been a game changer for me. The coaches I've worked with—Heidi, Kevin, and Amy—are energetic, encouraging, and genuinely committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. After spending two years at another gym with a structured mix of treadmill and strength training, I found myself needing a change due to a knee injury. Starting this boot camp has been a game changer for me ! From day one , I’ve felt more energized, active, and motivated. The structured workouts and supportive environment along with the trainers have really helped me push my limits. Burn BootCamp has completely changed the game for me! The trainers are absolutely incredible — they push you, motivate you, and genuinely care about your progress. Every workout is challenging in the best way, and I can literally feel myself getting stronger each week. If you’re looking for a supportive, high-energy place to get stronger (physically and mentally), Burn is it!
