I joined Burn 9 months after having my 2nd child. I had been trying to workout consistently but it was hard with an infant. I found Burn and over 3 years later, I have never looked back. The child watch was what drew me in but the trainers, variety of workouts and community is what’s kept me here. The workouts are challenging but there are always modifications for anyone who needs them. It is truly a gym for everyone and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
This is the best gym in North Alabama. The community is unmatched and the workouts are a blast and a challenge every time. I love that I just show up and do what they tell me to do, 45mins in and out!
I have been at burn boot camp in Jones Valley for 3 years now and it has done so much to help me not only physically but mentally. The community is unmatched and trainers as well as members are so encouraging. They also have an amazing childwatch with a window for you to be able to check on your kids or for them to see you. Highly recommend this place!
Burn bootcamp changed my life! The community is top notch and I’ve met so many friends here. Plus I am in better shape than I’ve ever been and can do things I couldn’t do before! Highly recommend!!
