I just recently experienced my first visit at Burn Boot Camp and was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming everyone was considering how many people attended the class. The person at the front desk was super helpful, and the instructor was phenomenal and supportive to everyone, regardless of skill. Day 26 of Wausau Burn Boot Camp, and my mental motivation is high. Physically, at 60, I am able to test my limits, but I am encouraged to push outside my “comfort zone. “ This is definitely what I need. Each trainer has their own personal style of instruction, which makes this gym unique. This has been an incredible experience, and the positive, welcoming environment adds to this gym’s essence.
Amazing. The trainers, the people. Everyone is there for the same goal and its really a no judgement place. You walk in and youre greated with a smile. The encouragement is through the roof. Dont think Ive seen anything better!
I was looking for something that made sense and motivated me to keep up with the routine of a household with three kids of different ages. The fact that I can bring the younger ones with me to the workout is amazing. And in just a little over 20 camps, I’ve already improved my fitness a lot — I could barely get through a workout without feeling like I was going to pass out, haha.
