Joining a gym always feels intimidating, but I feel at home at Burn! I haven’t worked out in years and had babies in between and never once felt embarrassed or ashamed for not being able to do something. I know I am encouraged every session and know the coaches are genuinely cheering me on! I’m excited to keep getting stronger and building my Burn community.
If it makes sense, say yes! Burn Bootcamp is a YES! I appreciate the modifications they have as I am 4 months post partum and some moves I am not ready for. The thing I love most about burn is how it is for everyone! From the super athletic who wants to push themselves, to the new mom just trying to move her body again, to the average person who enjoys a positive, energetic and encouraging class. Fantastic outfit, where do I start?!? My wife involuntarily signed me up for Burn Bootcamp after having not seen the inside of a gym in more than 8 years. The classes are short and to the point. Push as hard as you want, and modify the workout when needed. The Burn team truly cares about my personal goals and fitness results. I have been a member of Burn for 3+weeks and it has been such a blessing and great experience! I'm perimenopause and had a double masectomy a few years ago. I have neglected hard workouts because my chest muscles don't feel the same. The trainers are so good and helpful with just the right modifications so I still get a great workout!
