Burn Boot Camp Gilbert East was such a fun and well-rounded experience! The fitness coach was awesome—her energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and I really appreciated how she took the time to check and correct form throughout the workout. The circuit training class was both challenging and enjoyable, making the 45 minutes fly by! The gym itself was fantastic—cute, bright, and super spacious with plenty of room to move. Highly recommend for men and women. I’ve gone to Mountainside and EOS for 5+ years. My wife invited me to a three week trial at BurnBoot Camp. It has been a long time since I have been this sore and I felt like I was working out this hard and motivated by someone this much. Grateful for this team of trainers and the the others in the class that keep it motivating and fun.
45 minutes of a workout that isn't the same each week. From the music to the trainer encouraging you you'll want to come back for more. Also there is child watch which is a something I need during school breaks!
