I’ve been working out consistently my entire adult life and have been a member at countless gyms, but I have NEVER loved a gym as much as this one! From the moment I walked in, everything just clicks: the energy, the equipment, the community… it’s all next-level. This place is a dump. Spend some money on repairs!!
Came in as a drop in from ClassPass (they offer Tuesdays and Thursdays), Isabella was the instructor and it was great! A true burn cycling through different circuits. Everyone was warm and welcoming. They do offer childcare but that is for members only. Big girl and POC friendly! I’ll be back when I’m in town.
Trainers are great however they lock you in for a 12 month contract so beware. It’s extremely difficult to manage your account online and download receipts for monthly membership and all the contact info for accounts seems carefully guarded. Wish their business practices were less predatory. For this reason I can’t recommend this gym. Again the trainers are great and if I could give them their own stars I would.
I really loved this place and thought I found a supportive community but when my dog got really sick and I was unable to attend due to being up with and taking care of him at all hours they refused to let me put my subscription on hold. I ended up cancelling and having to pay half the remaining months on the spot. I lost my dog and community and will not use this facility or any other burn again. Such a shame because I really loved the set up and community feel it gave for a little while
