I love the fast paced workouts that combine strength and cardio. The community is great and super supportive.
I have been going for almost a year now. I am definitely going to continue to go. The trainers are great. Workout is 45 min long. We mostly use our body weight and then add weights to some. But I strongly encourage any and everyone to try it!

Not very friendly, people seem kinda snobby and the environment was not very welcoming I felt extremely out of place it’s definitely not for ALL fitness levels. Overall disappointing
